Covid Shot - Week 19 - May 10, 2021

Hey yall this week we did service at the refugee center downtown. A bunch of kids that have walked thousands of miles to get to America. These kids have some crazy stories. We just played with them and talked with them.

We had service at Barbs (she is a member). She lives out on a farm and has a bunch of horses and some cows. We had to put up some fencing because it got ripped down in a crazy rain and lighting storm. The fence is an electric fence and in some places it was still turned on even though she turned it off so we would get a fun little shock. But it was so fun working out on the farm.

I got my first Covid-19 shot this week and I got sick from it. So on Friday and Saturday I felt so terrible. On Saturday I just slept all day because I was feeling so terrible.

Our friends are doing pretty well. This week we've been seeing some of our friends starting to improve and having more of a desire to improve which is amazing.

The members in our ward our doing great, I love this ward so much, the members are such nice people. The Elders quorum president is so cool. Our missionary leader in the ward is always out of town because he owns his own business so I haven't met him. He lives on a farm with a bunch of cows. So I wanna go over to his house.

However I'm doing great and am loving Seguin and excited for this week to come. I love yall have a good week.
