This week was the craziest/best week of my mission. Holy I loved this week.
Tuesday we did exchanges with the Spanish Elders. I got to go with Elder Huish; which I love. That day was crazy we had 3 dinners. At the first dinner it was some Guatemalan lady and she loaded my plate up and I said "ohh no." So we finished that dinner then went the other dinner and they had these huge chickens, potatoes, corn, and bread. I said "oh no" again. After that meal I was so stuffed, like about to explode. Oh boy we had one more dinner to go. We had lasagna, we could serve ourselves so I didn't get very much at all. That was a super fun day.
Wednesday we got to go to the temple!! I have really been trying to prepare. I went with questions and got some answers that I really needs. I didn't realize how much I love to go to the temple until this week. I wish I could go once a week. I had super amazing experience.
Thursday a member called us right after a dinner, super sad. She needed help moving because the movers never showed up. So we helped them move all night. It was awesome though. We gave her a blessing because she was so stressed and very emotional. Right after the blessing she was chilling. Blessing really do work. We also had to give I think 4 blessings this week. Crazy stuff.
Friday I got a call from the assistant that they wanted to do an enchange. So I got to be an assistant for the day. It was awesome! It was one of my favorite days ever. We had service and then taught a couple lessons and things went great!
This week was just so amazing. It has been really hard for the last few weeks. I just keep going day by day. Even though it is hard I know that it will pass and that I just need to keep working hard! I love these people and I want the best for them.
Ether 12:6
And now, I, Moroni, would speak somewhat concerning these things; I would show unto the world that faith is things which are hoped for and not seen; wherefore, dispute not because ye see not, for ye receive no witness until after the trial of your faith.
Love y'all
Elder Larsen.
Love to hear from yall!
